Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the products within ten (10) business days. Report any issues to pace@metallographic.com within thirty (30) business days of delivery, including the invoice number and relevant details. Failure to report within this period means acceptance of the products.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the products are non-conforming, in which case the fee is waived after inspection. Returned products must be in original condition. PACE Technologies may amend the restocking fee for specific products or orders.
